Mezzomonte farmhouse is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Chianti, only 33 Km from Firenze and 30 from Siena.

This special location makes Casa Mezzomonte a perfect base for the type of vacation that combines relaxation, tourism and culinary interests for ours guests.

Casa Mezzomonte sits in a panoramic position, around 500 mt above sea level, surrounded by chestnuts trees and pines.

All the apartments face the 6000mq garden, completely enclose and decorated with amazing plants and flowers, and exstraordinary views of the Tuscan countryside.

Indiginous fruit trees and chestnuts trees surround and boarder the swimming pool giving it a very unique atmosphere.

Each one of the accommodations has a private area in the garden,giving our clients the right amount of privacy and a place to enjoy delicious food and wine from the area.

All the guest are welcome to use the big barbecue situated in the garden, where they can cook or enjoy the home made finger food offered to you from the owner.

The owner’s are very friendly and enjoy having direct contact with the clients. After many years in the business the owners have built strong friendships with many of the guests.

At “Casa Mezzomonte” good food and company was getting our priority and passion.

A nice walk through the forest will bring you to Panzano, an old town with a lots of wine bars and traditional shops.

In the spring time Casa Mezzomonte offers interesting deals for weekends and for week long stays.

The spring is the perfect time to enjoy mild temperatures, perfect for walks or touristic tours in and around the medieval towns in Chianti.

During July and August Tuscany is full of events, concerts, art exhibition, and village festivals.

The pool of casa Mezzomonte gives ours guest a way to cool down from the summer’s hot weather.

September and October are amazing months to spend Holidays in Chianti because of the nice temperatures, the wonderful colours of the forest and the vinyards. Greve and Panzano are buzzing with activity with the wine festivals.

Many activities aree possibile in the area around casa Mezzomonte such as golf, tennis, mountain biking and horseback riding.
